Changi Precinct tour, Heritage tour, City Sights tour, and Jewel Walking tour are free. SingapoRewards is an incentive program offered by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), to offer travelers a free experience during their trip to Singapore. To avoid any disappointment, advanced booking is strongly encouraged to secure your desired visit timeslot for your SingapoRewards experience. Under this program, international travelers visiting Singapore may apply to redeem a free experience from close to 40 specially curated “Hidden Gems” experiences.

Steps to redeem:
1. Create an account – Create your account here
2. Browse experience – Browse experiences that you are interested in and make a booking
3. Verify arrival – Verify your arrival in Singapore to receive your ticket via email
4. Present the email or QR code – Present your proof of booking to the person in charge for the experience to redeem your SingapoRewards

After booking your experience and upon arriving in Singapore, open your email or login to the rewards page, click the “I have arrived” button on the Booking History page to receive your experience ticket. The experience ticket and usage details of the reserved booking will be sent to your email address registered under the program once you have confirmed your arrival in Singapore.

Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to make it for your booking, please CANCEL at least 48 hours prior to the experience time. Otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your free experience even if you did not attend.

Eligibility for SingapoRewards:
Enjoy a free experience with your family or friends if everyone meets all 3 conditions below:

1. Entering Singapore as a short-term visitor
2. Arriving by flight/air
3. Redeeming a free experience under SingapoRewards for the first time (only one free experience redemption per visitor during the campaign period)
