The cottages themselves are a testament to Balinese craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each one is intricately designed with a blend of traditional Balinese elements and modern comfort. We booked via Booking.com, you can choose between a Superior, Deluxe, Suite Room, or a 2 bedroom Villa, all with a garden view. My two friends and I booked a villa, and I called dibs on the higher floor. You need to pass the squeaky wooden stairs to get to your room. It’s a bit scary at night since you can hear nothing but the frogs from the garden, night birds and crickets from the balcony.

Savoring Balinese Cuisine: Taman Harum Cottages has an on-site restaurant and a Warung Thor just in front of Taman Harum. We weren’t able to try their food since our itinerary started very early and we always came back late.
